Warranty & Complaints
For the first year after delivery, Onedirect will take charge of the entire procedure and facilitate your warranty requests.

1 year of warranty on all the products
For all products purchased from Onedirect, with the exception of some accessories, you have the right to the Onedirect warranty of one year after delivery. If you have any questions about the warranty period of a special product, contact us or look at our Terms and conditions.
What does this mean ?
During the Onedirect warranty period, we take care of the repair or the process of replacing the product covered by the warranty. You just have to fill in the return form and you will soon receive a confirmation of return and then return the products to us.
What happens after the Onedirect warranty period ?
With your Onedirect quote, you have the right to the warranty offered by the manufacturer. You can contact the manufacturer directly to follow the warranty procedure, all you need is your proof of purchase! You can contact our employees to obtain the correct e-mail address or phone number of the corresponding manufacturer.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing us at contact@onedirect.co.nl.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odrIf your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
