Did you change your mind?  Then you have 14 * days after delivery to inform us that you want to return the article, provided the item is in its original state and complete, including all parts and accessories.
In case of misuse a depreciation cost may apply.

Is the product damaged or faulty? You can return products that are faulty or develop a manufacturing defect to us within 30 days after delivery. We will replace or refund the goods.

How do I return a product?


  1. Fill out the return form on this page and click ´Send´.
  2. After we have processed your return, you will receive a return reference number from us.
  3. Send the product (s) in a tightly closed box to the indicated address. Mark the return reference number clearly on the box.
  4. Upon receipt of your returned products our team will, after having tested it, proceed to an replacement or refund. 
        *If you chose the Extended Return Term when placing your order, you will enjoy an extended period of 30 days' in total instead of the usual 14 days. The same conditions apply with regard to the condition of the product.
