Commercial return
For Onedirect it is important that you are satisfied with your purchases and that is why we provide you with extensive information about the products in our range; so that you can make an informed decision. We always recommend that you contact us if you need additional help in choosing the right product.

Nevertheless, we understand that you can sometimes change your mind. In the event that you decide to no longer be interested in your purchase from Onedirect, placed by telephone or online, then you have the right to return the item for 14 * days (right of withdrawal). You can submit your request by filling in the return request form.

You can only return the item if it is in its original condition and complete, including all parts and accessories. If the product is misused a value reduction will be charged, which will be deducted from the crediting of the original invoice.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal are:

  • Services
  • Built to order products
  • Customised to order products
  • Products that are clearly of a hygienic nature

After your request has been processed you will receive a return reference number and a return label so that you can return the products to us. The costs of the return label are settled on the crediting of the original invoice and amounts €11. You can also send the products back to us yourself, the costs in this case are for your account **. You must return the products within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Once we receive your return we will inform you of this and the products will be checked. Your order will be refunded within 14 days after filling in the form or when we receive the returned products. Unfortunately, warranties cannot be reimbursed by nature.

* If, when placing your order, you have opted for the Extended Return Term or warranty, you have the right to return the item for 30 days

Warranty Claim
Are you receiving a broken product, or is your product defective in the first year * of your warranty period? In that case we at Onedirect are happy to ensure that your product is repaired or replaced.

You can submit your request by filling in the return request form. After your request has been processed you will receive a Return reference number and a return label so that you can send the products to us. You must, as far as possible, return the item in its original condition, including all parts and accessories.

Upon receiving your product, it will be checked then repaired or replaced. This entire procedure can take up to a month. Reimbursement is only possible during the return period, and is no longer possible after this period.

If upon inspection it is found that the product is not defective or is defective due to abuse, you are responsible for the transport back to you. In this case we can assist you with a quote for the repair or replacement of your product.

If the product becomes defective after the expiry of the warranty period, we can assist you in obtaining a quote for repair.

** 6 months factory warranty applies to accessories, in the case of Gold warranty the warranty period is extended by 1 year.
Test Return order
Do you have a project and want to try a product, or are you unsure which product applies to your situation? Then you can request a test order from Onedirect.

To do this, first fill in the "test request form" ,in this request you indicate which products you want to test. If we have any questions about this, we will contact you.

After approval we prepare a test order for you, then from the time of delivery you have 14 days to test products. You can only return the item if the item is in its original condition and complete, including all parts and accessories. Make sure you request a return label in time, this can be done via the return request form or via an email to contact@onedirect.co.nl.

After your return request has been processed you will receive a Return reference number and a return label so that you can return the products to us. The costs of the return label are deducted from the reimbursement and amounts €11. You can also send the products back to us yourself, the costs in this case are for your account. The products must be sent within 14 days after processing your return.

If no request for return is received within 14 days from the time of delivery, the purchase is a fact and the order will be invoiced to you.

Once we receive your return we will notify you and the products will be checked and your order will be refunded within 14 days after the return request or upon receiving the returned products.
How do I return a product?
1. Request a return reference number

2. Pack the product (s) in a tightly closed box

Make sure the product is packed securely in a closed box· Use the provided label to schedule a pick up or take the package to a near drop off point. Alternatively you can send the package to the indicated address with the return reference number clearly marked on the package

3. Send the product that you want to return

· Products are standard returned via the supplied return label, if you do not want to use this, you can contact us. Products must be received by Onedirect within 14 days after we have provided you with the return reference number Upon receipt of your returned product (s), our team will, after having thoroughly checked it, switch to an exchange or refund. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges can only be processed if the products have been returned in their original condition, including the packaging. A value reduction may apply on misused products.

Refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be processed within 14 days after the return request or upon receipt of the returned products.
