FAQ about your order:

1. Log in or create an account!
Is this the first time you have ordered something from us? Then create an account. Creating an account at Onedirect is very simple: enter your email, create your own password and complete the contact form. Make a note of the e-mail address and password that you register with us as you will need it every time you log in to your account.

Do you already have an account at Onedirect? Then just log in with the same e-mail address as you used for your previous order. 

Forgot your password? Click on 'Forgot your password?' Enter your e-mail address and within a few minutes we will send you an e-mail where you can create a new password.

2. Check your order

Check that you have correctly entered all contact details for the delivery and invoice. This will ensure that your order is delivered to your delivery address as quickly as possible.

3. Choose how you want to pay
Select the payment method that you prefer.

4. Complete your order
After you have selected your payment method, you can complete your order by confirming it. You can then print an overview of your order and you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation, including all reference numbers that you will need..

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our sales team at 085 888 3452. Once your payment request has been processed, the amount paid will be reimbursed as quickly as possible.

WARNING: If you cancel an order after it has been sent, we will proceed to refund as soon as we have received it back in our warehouse.

Questions about the delivery:

The shipping costs for standard delivery to all destinations is free on all orders over the € 150,- and will take up to 6 business days. When ordering under the € 150,- will be the standard shipping cost € Amount to 4.99. You also pay € 6.99 for Express delivery (24 - 48 hours) to all destinations in the Netherlands, Belgium; and Luxembourg, if ordered before 2 p.m. The majority of our express deliveries are delivered by TNT express.

At Onedirect, 96% of orders are shipped the same day! If you opt for standard delivery, you will receive your order within 6 working days. If you choose Express delivery then you will receive your order within 48 hours (unless there is an incident during transport or the product is not in stock). An exception to express delivery are the Wadden Islands Schiermonnikoog, Ameland, Terschelling, Vlieland and Texel, where express orders are delivered within 2 working days. Onedirect will send you an e-mail once your order has been delivered to the transport company. You can see the status of the shipment on your personal account and a link will direct you to the website of the shipping company where you can track the shipment.

Check the package while the delivery person is still present to ensure that no products are damaged during delivery. In the event that a product is damaged, repackage the package and call us so that we can take the necessary steps. Onedirect advises you to keep all original packaging since you need it if you want to return a product.

Onedirect gives you 14 days to change your order. To return a product you mustwithin 14 days fill in the return form on our "return" page or contact the sales team at 085 888 3452. You will then receive a return reference number by e-mail, after which you can send the product back to us. For security reasons, we request that you return your order by registered mail with the return reference number clearly marked on the package. Discover more.

The price on the Onedirect website is the retail price recommended by the manufacturer. For some products we offer special promotional packages or discounts for large orders so that you can get the best deal at the best price.

Of course! All products that we sell have at least 1 year warranty, most have a warranty period of 2 years. If the product becomes defective during the warranty period, we will ensure that it will be repaired or replaced. If the product becomes defective after the expiry of the warranty period, we can assist you in arranging a good deal for repair.

Frequently asked questions about our products:

Check if you have configured your headset to get the best possible sound with your desk phone. Place your microphone close to your mouth with about two fingers away from the corner of the mouth. It is recommended to set the desk phone sound to medium sound, and to set the headset microphone sound to a similar level. If the echo is still not gone, the sound from the headset's microphone is probably too high. Consult the user manual of your devices for information to adjust the settings. Gradually decrease the sound from the headset microphone during a call, you will hear the echo disappear.

If you want to connect a DECT headset to a DECT telephone, it is important to connect both devices ¨pairing mode¨ or pairing mode. Then make sure the devices are next to each other. You can find out how to enable this function in the manuals for your phone and headset. Hereby it is important to know that linking a headset to a phone is similar to registering a handset. There is therefore no separate coupling mode available for headsets.

For headsets: the manual explains how to activate the pairing mode. For most headset, an audio or light signal will indicate that the pairing mode is active.

For phones, simply follow the instructions in the manual for pairing handsets. If the pairing is successful, this is indicated by the signal from the headset.

You can also connect a wireless headset to non-DECT phones by connecting the phone to the DECT base station of the headset. This connection from the base station to the phone is almost always an RJ9 connection. Thanks to this connection, where the headset wirelessly connects to the base station and transmits the signal to the phone, you can even make wireless calls on a wired phone. Linking the base station is easy by plugging the RJ9 connection of the base station into the RJ9 input of the phone. If you want to connect multiple headsets to one bass station, the instructions for this can be found in the manual for your headset.

If you want to pair your Bluetooth headset with your mobile phone, landline, PC or tablet, you can start activating the Bluetooth function of both devices. Your device will then automatically search for other activated Bluetooth devices in the nearby area. You can then connect the devices to each other by selecting the headset on the device (PC, mobile, etc.). Normally this requires a password. You can find this in the manual of your headset.

DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) is a wireless communication standard that determines how a device, such as a cordless telephone, connects to a base station via a certain frequency. This technology was initially developed in Europe, but is now used all over the world through various names and frequencies. This wireless connection works over radio frequencies, usually 1880-1990 MHz in Europe. In most cases it connects a base station from a phone to the handset.

Thanks to wireless technology of these devices allow users to roam freely and therefore do not have to be near the base station. In addition, they also deliver excellent voice sound quality, thanks to the High Definition (HD) voice signal.

GAP (Generic Access Profile) is a requirement function, part of most DECT telephones. This allows any base station, compatible with GAP, to function with all GAP DECT handsets to make calls.

An analog line is a traditional telephone line that connects directly to the traditional landline.
A VoIP line is a phone line that connects over the internet.

In There are two number display techniques in the Netherlands, namely FSK (Frequency-Shift Keying) and DTMF (Dual-Tone-Multi-Frequency). A number of our phones with number recognition only come with international firmware, or the FSK protocol. Some Dutch providers do not use the international firmware, but use the DTMF protocol. DTMF is mainly used by KPN.

If you have purchased a telephone with international firmware (FSK) and have KPN as a provider, you will most likely not have number recognition, even though your telephone does have this option. In that case you can contact one of our employees.

Because Onedirect is an international company, we initially sell telephones with international firmware (FSK). However, one of our employees can help you further and in most cases we can offer a Dutch model of the same model telephone, which has the DTMF protocol. Our employees are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM on 085 888 3452.

ECO DECT is a new technology that reduces the power consumption and transmission power of DECT telephones. ECO DECT technology also saves energy. An ECO DECT device uses up to 60% less energy than devices that do not use ECO DECT technology.

This also reduces the transmission power to as much as 80%, so that less radiation is released. The transmission power is automatically adjusted if the telephone is moved further away from the base station, or if a call is made.

You can use a license-free two-way radio with the PMR446 system (in the band of 446.0 - 446.1 MHz) in Europe. Other frequencies are used in countries outside Europe. You cannot use a PMR446 radio outside of Europe.

To use a radio with a license, you must have a broadcasting license. You must request a broadcasting license from the Telecom Agency. There are some costs to owning a radio license. More information about applying for a radio license can be obtained here here in our blog.

Noise canceling means that unwanted background noise is filtered through the headset. Noise-canceling technology makes telephone conversations more intelligible, since background noise is lost and the conversation noise remains. Noise canceling can still be separated between Passive noise canceling and Active noise canceling.

Passive noise canceling means that insulating materials have been used that block out background noise.
Active noise -cancelling is a technology that amplifies the conversation sound as the background sound amplifies, so that the conversation sound will always remain intelligible even if there is a lot of background noise.

The range of a DECT device in about 50 meters indoors and 300 meters outdoors.
